Lets Start Here.

The Democrats had their week on TV, now its the Republicans turn. Biden and Obama are "in" and we wait for the McCain and Palin official nomination. I can now get down off the "wait and see" fence and bring my vote to the Republican ticket. Yeah Bush didnt score so high over the past 4yrs but he got elected and we have a coupla months more to deal with it. Ok! Having said that lets go here!
Social Security: Its a GOVERNMENT program not a private enterprise. Its TOTAL LUNACY to
trust this to outsiders(carpetbaggers I call them) to someone that has the ability to turn it into the same brokeass situation as the real estate and investment fiascos of recent. The Government started it and by GOD thats who should keep it viable and sustaining thru the work and contributions of honest working Americans. Been paying into it for 35 continous years, dont
fool with it.

Veterans Administration: I've yet to hear from either party(JackAss or Pachyderm) on this
important and dire need. The system is broken and most? of the systems and facilities are from the late 50"s or early 60"s . We have men and women serving this country both home and abroad and having to return to this? Where is this on the list of really important services our
government promises ? Where is the Congress on this? Not BS and pass the buck but some real
fighting and pushing and shoving and real FUNDING both short and long term need. Why not
bring in those who have served and give them a place on the committee along side some gifted and caring civilians who have NO ties to anyone other than love for Country and its returning
soldiers. Where is a 1year plan, 3year plan and long term. Lets budget for new hospitals, rehab
facilities and even cemetaries for our vets. Not after the election, TODAY!!

Folks! ITS OUR MONEY, lets demand that its use be better than what it has been.
